I assume you mean "Poetenisty" when you said BB-8. I've been running the following Rebel List and I have been having a blast with it:

I tried Quickdraw w/ Intensity,FCS,LWF,CommRelay
Worked out well enough for me to try it again. He stocks that evade round 1 and gave me the ability to decide if I wanted to revenge shot or not. I got attacked from range 3 through a rock and 1 hit was going to go through (yay dice!), but I decided I didnt want to waste a revenge shot back at enemy range 3 through a rock, so I spent my evade to save a shield. Helps give quickdraw multiple revenge shots per game. Intensity also helps on those turns where you need to b-roll into range 1 and want to get that full modded range 1 shot.
During the game I wanted Backdraft to have it as well. Backdraft usually flies away from action shooting with his butt, then spends a round or 2 turning around, which could be to stock the evade again with Comms. It's almost like a regen. These 3/3/3/3 SFs are turning into Brobot like stats of 3/3/4/4 if you get two uses out of evade + comms.
Edited by wurmsSabine with Intensity is way fun. Not super competitive but as a harrying force she can be a major irritant that can cause some pain if ignored and be dodgy enough to be a pain to take out if your opponent chases her.
Turr Phenir when you attack you get a free boost or barrel roll. Which means free evade or focus. So if you do evade as an action, you can double up on tokens.
I have run her twice in a list with three green squadron A-wings with prockets, snap shot, and juke. She carries around an operations specialist. It's pretty dang fun. Keeps her tokened up nicely.

Hmmm that sounds really promising! Are you usually able to get more than one use out of the CommsR/Intensity combo? Ever tried the generic PS 5 TIE SF with Intensity, FCS, LWF, CommRelay or maybe a pair of them?

At 27 pts shes sorta sabacc but with a TL instead of a 4th red die.

Only played one game so far. I used Comms and then enemy changed targets to my tlt aggressor then Backdraft, so I was able to recharge Comms again. So got two uses out of it first game. I wouldn't expect more than that in most games except in rare cases. But you are also getting a b-roll + focus when you need it as well.

haha, I did Ahsoka with Stealth Device and Recon Spec which gives her 4 green dice + focus and evade (ahsoka ability to spend a focus and she does an evade action for herself). First time I used her, Han one shotted her at range 1. HA!
Valen rudder + intensity is awesome (proton rockets help as well).
Fly in target lock (get evade) dare the enemy to shoot at you so you can boost into range one and pick up a focus and proton rocket them. Have played him/her 3 times now and I live it, my new go to imp ship.
