Anybody else feel bad for winning?

It's about feeling bad because our opponent feels bad.

If your opponent feels bad because they had a streak of bad luck... Then I'd think you should find someone else to play with it. The proper thing to do is laugh it off and try again later. If someone feels bad because they built a poor list or made really bad choices then that's one thing. But to feel bad because of something completely out of their control?

Kinda weird to have to explain that.

But considering who I'm responding to... I guess it's not to surprising.

Just to make sure I'm completely understanding you ... you're saying that:

(1) Feeling bad because something out of your control happens to you is ... what? Weird? Illogical?

(2) Feeling empathy for someone who has something bad, but out of their control, happen to them is likewise weird or illogical?

I mean, that sounds like what you're saying, and I admit, it really does explain a lot.
