I don't know about right out of the core box, but I'm pretty sure Phoenix/Scorpion dishonor is going to be a thing. You may get the best of both worlds, eventually!

To my knowledge, the Yogo Curse isn't common knowledge outside of the Scorpion and the Asako.

That's a development I'm very closely looking into. I'd love to be able to run Phoenix dishonor (hopefully at least as well as I did with Temple of Purity). Or really just the magistrate theme, again.
Something about Scorpion that I'm really liking so far. Unless the rest of their cards and fiction are horrible, they will be my go-to clan when I want a break from Dragon
