Any card draw they can get in the Dynasty deck will help let them care about their current honor score less. That seems extremely valuable for the Scorpion.
Considering I've had 2 Good Omens in my hand vs Lion who would only bid 1........... I really like this card lol
Honestly, the stats are nice, but I wouldn't worry too much either way about her glory. Her real value seems apparent in her double... action.

While a card with that flavor is all but guaranteed, I would be surprised if we saw a card with that specific Trait . It's narrow in use (FFG tends to focus on terms that really matter), and it's restrictively feminine in a Rokugan that appears to be written with a mind towards reducing the sexism that was sometimes apparent in the former.

So seems to me that the Scorpion thing is inefficient stats for cost with situational abilities. Kakita Kaezin looks over your 2/2/2 stats and zero-card advantage cycling, and meets you for a duel with 3/2/2 and an ability that controls conflict tempo while playing to his clan's strengths.
Not saying Cranes are better or anything, but...

Biggest problem is it's a discard then draw, and not a draw then discard.
