If I fly a tie punished with unguided rockets and accuracy corrector, since AC cancels the results to give 2 hits, does this still apply to unguided rockets since it is canceling, not modifying?

Cancelling is not modifying, but adding results is. So you can perform the first half of AC with UG, but not the second.
