The title is very misleading. I was expecting something with Omega Leader or Omega Ace.

That really doesn't make any sense.. the target locks don't drain health from a ship. Maybe a heavy scyk with the unspoiled harpoon ordnance could work, but the reference is so obscure and non thematic that I feel it is wasted.
Still, if it makes you happy, whatever.
