I know we have been down this road many times. Here's my maybe new idea to help both series of X-Wings. Maybe it makes the T70 too good... but the "New FAQ" and Mimic inspired this.

Tilte: X-Wing Only *unique* Squadron Leader - you may play the "Wingman" condition card on a friendly unique X-Wing. You may not equip this card if your PS is 7 or lower. You gain the pilot ability of the ship with the assigned Wingman condition card. If "Wingman" is discarded, you loose the additional pilot ability.

Wingman Condition card: You gain the pilot ability of the ship with the "Squadron Leader" Title card. If Squadron leader is discarded you loose the additional pilot aility.

So: Wedge & Poe are flying together (probably one of the more dangerous combos): Both ships reduce defenders agility by 1, and they can turn 1 focus result to hit/evade without spending a token.

Jess Pava & Biggs cannot take it together. and even they did it would just allow you to target Jess right away anyways since Jess would also have the mustache ability. Because it means you can target either X-Wing it means Biggs is almost "nerfed". Chances are you will only fit one additional rebel fighter in this list since you will have a 30+ point Ace X-Wing as well.

This could open up a lot of really cool interactions. If you keep stacking aces and it becomes too powerful... then maybe make it so Wingman cannot be assigned to PS8 or higher. Restricting the Wedge/Wes combo (which would be really nasty, but still T65's and they still are fragile)

No point cost included as I have no idea what it should be priced as...
