Hi All, another doubt we have into our Meta.
I had in play The Hound (POTS). "When a character strengh is lowered return the hound to hand".
This effect applies only when a negative effect reduce a caracter strengh or also when a bonus disappear??? I think of the case when it is Summer and A Song of Summer is in play and the lasting effect ends at the end of the turn. In that case all character of A Song of Summer owner loose the +1 effect at the end of the turn. This is considered lowering strengh so the hound come back to end?
