Reaing Biggs I am not sure can you only move 1 damage to another ship with Escort or say a ship is taking 6 damage can it move all 6 to different fighters with escort?

Biggs can only trigger once per attack, thus can only use his ability once per attack, limiting him to redirecting one damage per attack.

The control on his effect is the word "before". RRG pg 5 Effect Use and Timing details the meaning, but part of that keyword's definition is that it can only trigger once per triggering event (sorry I don't have it in front of me to copy paste atm).
