What's the symbol on the lower-left of the Political side? Merely an icon indicating the set, or something more?

If that's the Imperial Favor, it may be that we will get different arts for it over time

That would be a super easy OP inclusion. Different clans for different quarters, too.

I wonder if this indicates that the clan specific promos might be an imperial favor depicting clan characters on both sides? That's kinda sweet.

Maybe the core set or L5R icon (5 Rings)? Its on the military side as well, but next to the Copyright info. Something similar is on all of the spoiled cards.

Though it does look like the Star Alliance (airlines) icon.
