I think we established there was a wave announcement like, days before GenCon previously, because they were leaked.

I'm more hyped for that Dragonholt game than anything else they talked about...

I might look at Legion if they add in big walkers and such, but I have enough 28mm wargames as it is.

If you mean Legion I'd agree. I hoped for it to be atmospheric vehicular combat like X-Wing in scale but not X-Wing obviously. 28mm is a bit meh.

what? Why would Armada be ending? It's still the top 3 wargame seller in the USA (I don't count those D&D minis )

There was no concrete news as to what is coming. Like zero. No timeframe for even a formal announcement.

My biggest problem is that it is so vague.

Something big could be:

Epic gameplay and ship, (SSD, Finalizer, etc.)

Sequel era ships (maybe even something unseen from the Last Jedi)

a Large wave of 4-6 ships/squadrons

a new 6'x3' mat

a new core set/ essential set/ version

they could be blowing smoke up our skirts

they could be talking about their unmentionables "got something big for you right here!"

This is my fault guys... I'm so sorry.

You see, I'm interested in a band called Brand New, as well as Star Wars Armada....

and yesterday, after 8 years of no new albums, Brand New announced their new album.... except... they also released it the same day....

The fates had to screw me for the luck I had with the new album...

prepare for a very long wait for Armada news... balancing out a Brand New release is gonna take a while...
