Just curious on how the community at large would rule the timing of R4-E1 and its potential with PTL.
SITUATION:
Nym does a Tallon Roll.
Stress applied.
R4-E1 allows bomb action while stressed.
R4-E1 is discarded to remove the stress token.
-> can I now PTL for a focus (and reapply the stress) or is my action window closed at that stage?
Yup. PTL and R4-E1 have the same trigger so you choose the order of resolution E1>PTL.

You can PTL off of pretty much any card that has the Action: or allows an action. Advanced Sensors/PTL? Yep. Free bomb action? Yep. Experimental Interface? Yep, if you don't mind 2 stress. Burnout Slam/Advanced Slam/PTL? Yep.
As a side note for R4-E1, you can do seismic torps and still get PTL action.
Considering playing BroBots to see where they are in the meta.
If I take Burnout Slam on them with Push the Limit:
I can 3 bank, Burnout SLAM (3-sloop), then which triggers first - the stress from the maneuver or the window to PtL?

The stress from the manoeuvre triggers first - the stress from a red move is part of executing the move, so PTL which happens afterwards, will happens whilst you're stressed.

Well, I can't say I'm shocked. Worth asking though.
Advanced sensors may be the way to go but I do love FCS, especially with Gunnerbot
Can always just ditch the droid to destress yourself then PTL. it does have a discard perk since unless you have multiple bombs hes completely useless after that one bomb drop anyway.
Both the discard and PTL happen "after you perform an action" - just the droid is specifically "this action" but still "an action" nontheless. So bomb, discard droid to ditch redmove stress, PTL, get PTL stress.
