I thought this would be a fun one to play. there's an unavoidable tractor token if you can get him to range 1, a second if you can manage to have them bump you. let him EMP blast his turn, position him to drop some bombs, someone doesn't lose tractor tokens if he survives the round, and you could possibly use the tractor beam again putting someone well out of comfort if they're small. Scyks coming with manglers should ensure some crit damage, especially with the reduced agility of defenders and the crack shots. Thoughts?
