So whenever I hear certain pilot names I start singing stupid songs.
example Tie Striker countdown
Am I the only person that does such things?

I want to work out a way that whenever I activate him that song plays
Biggs city, Biggs city nights
You keep me burning
Biggs city, Biggs city nights...
Roark Garnet. Makes me think of this Every. Single. Time.
For some reason, whenever I move or boost into range one I start singing La Roux.
I can't help it. It's stuck in my head now.

Captain Rex - "I think I'm a clone now" by Weird Al Yankovic. I saw a video on YouTube putting footage of the clones and the song together. I'd post that but I'm on my phone and can't. ![]()
Edit - Got to my computer. Here's the video I'm talking about:

i think the "I think im a clone now" would be better on the IG88 ships lol
I dont have any specific pilot that sends a song into my head but a maneuver does. Whenever i do a kturn i tend to mutter "flippity-doo-dah" which of course leads right into "My oh my what a wonderful day..." lol
Sometimes when I get a great position, but the dice fail me, I just speak, "I tried so hard, and got so far. But in the end, it didn't even matter."
Esege Tuketu - "The Tiki Tiki Tiki Room" Good luck getting this out of your head today
Am I the only one?

back In the day when I flew Snap Wexley.
Played a small tournament where the shop had music playing... Near the end of the final round my head pops up as I recognize the lyrics...
'all we are is dust in the wind'
I TIE'd so hard and Palp'd so far. But in the nerf, it doesn't even matter.
My first wife was a music teacher. She didn't know whether to laugh or cry when I tried singing. So no, I don't break into song when certain ships are activated.
It tends to make my opponent's ears bleed.

Couldn't you leverage that into some kind of tactical advantage..?

No, too easily blocked by ear plugs. IF it was a higher pitch I might have a better chance.
