Anyone remember them game books? I been thinking long time to switch my NDS campaign to fantasy but wasn't sure about the setting until now.

Titan was pretty cool. You can get a world book for it:
Why does everyone want them to get a new IP when they already have quite a few fantasy settings they completely control and would not need permission to print books for? I know I would collect their settings for Dawnforge, Dragonstar, and might even start collecting for Midnight which was very successful for many years and I know there are others that want them to bring back Midnight with GENESYS. I myself was big into the Dragonstar System and will love to see them revise it for this system, it is a great concept. Now with Dawnforge is also great system as well that would be nice for them to revise for system. You need to look at these systems.
I think Fantasy flight needs to stay away from buying other properties for a while since they have Star Wars line and now they have Legend of the Five Rings Line to deal with. I think they should concentrate on their own lines first then maybe convert other systems over after they establish the new gaming system.

I don't know that this was a request for FFG to do this as much as someone do this. A fan creation, if you will. I mean, the linked PDF on the second post is system agnostic.... I agree that maybe FFG should concentrate on their own IPs, but one of the benefits of a community and a generic system is that you don't have to have an official version.
In the Hero Forums we converted a ton of things to Hero, in the GURPS forums we converted a ton of things to GURPS, in the Savage Worlds Forums we converted a ton of things to Savage Worlds, Etc etc. Before I had forums, I converted the D6 system to a few things, and Champions before that, and various Palladium books (Ninja's and Superspies/Hero's Unlimited/TMNT) Were fodder for Bubblegum Crisis and other cyberpunk-y mods.
Personally I've never heard of this sytem, which is an odd feeling for me, but my interest is piqued. I'll probably pick up the PDF in a few months. just to read over... I've got enough generic systems I can find a fit somewhere.... if I dig it.
Bump
Titan isn't a system, but rather the setting for the Fighting Fantasy books back in the 1980ies. Because the gamebooks were popular, the publisher did a complete role-playing game based on the property called "Advanced Fighting Fantasy". The line was unearthed and revamped a couple of years ago as second edition. Titan, like the Old World, is a very British view on fantasy gaming. The book paints the setting in very broad strokes and establishes backstory for the major villains of the setting, as well as descrbing a lot of species like dwarves, elves, orcs, goblins, dark elves in depth. The companion book Out of the Pit is a collection of monsters appropriate to the setting.
I hold this world very dear to my heart, because fighting against the Warlock of Firetop Mountain and later exploring the Citadel of Chaos were my first steps into the hobby. By chance, I was able to pickup original copies of Titan and Out of the Pit at the end of the 1980ies.
Converting the world to Genesys has also occurred to me. Possibly by doing a conversion of the monsters. Like I did back in the 1980ies, when I converted them to AD&D 1st Edition. But time for such a project is difficult to come by. Last time I was able to do it during summer vacation from school (6 weeks spare time help a lot of projects along).
