BTW do you know what is happening with the other Sheffield SC at Wargames Emporium on 5 Aug. Are they really only limiting it to 6 players?

Not wishing to speak on their behalf, but I believe so yes. I believe it's an issue of space - they normally use a separate room in the building, but for whatever reason they can't. They're not especially thrilled, as you might imagine, but I don't think there's a lot they can do! You'd have to speak to them for details.

I figured there'd be quite a lot of Sloane players down, so thought I'd go Rebel instead! Glad to see I won't be the only one flying the flag for the Alliance.

I have played in their upstairs room at the 2016 store champ. Without that room they are rather cramped.

Still there is a Q3 Armada event at Just Play Games in Liverpool on 6 August so we may go to that one instead.
