Can I assume that Capt Jonus Tie Bomber text cannot modify unguided rockets on another ship?

Nothing can modify unguided rockets other than spending a focus token for its standard effect. No palp, sensor jammer, guidance chips, m9g8, nothing.

Unguided Rockets have the strongest wording for not allowing modifications.
