Streets of Coruscant
Highlights for me:
-I like the sound of this campaign. Dripping in theme. I also like how your second campaign with be almost completely different.
-I like the idea behind both Imperial class decks. Both seem like they would lead to different play styles.
-I'm always a sucker for companions, so I'm excited about both of them featured, and I'm especially interested to see how the Rebel hero's droid will function in skirmish.
-AT-DP, for 9 points? Looks pretty sweet! That's the massive figure the Imperials we're looking for.
-Love that Scum gets a spy. Can't wait to see how Form cards will work for the shape shifters.
-Not sure yet about Sentry Droids. I want to see the elite version.
On the boat!

Tabletop Admiral updated
Excited we might be getting some Wookie cards for skirmish to make them a bit more playable.
ATDP looks awesome. Interesting sentry droids get trooper trait as well. Might be a solid way to boost stormtroopers as well.
So call me a nerd bu this picture concerns me lol
That looks a lot like the interior of the Jedi Temple.
At the time of this campaign, the Jedi Temple would have already been re-purposed as the Imperial Palce, the Emperor's Residence.
It seems a bit far fetched that these heroes would sneak into that place and start stirring up trouble lol.
But maybe. Palpatine is sure to show up in the campaign after all. Maybe he's like
what's all that racket downstairs?
and sees you stealing his stuff...

Took the words right out of my mouth (well fingers). I was curious if 88-Z gets a cameo in skirmish. It looks like it could be really annoying with the +1 dodge. The shape shifters intrigue me probably more than anything. What could those forms be?
So this guy:
he seems really annoying lol.

Form 1: Sexy
Form 2: Ugly

I don't think there are any dodge blocker abilities in the Rebel repertoire yet either. I'm have to imagine there is something like that coming.
We also need to talk about this:

It would be nice to have something more resistant to Diala's remove defense die ability
Problem with the AT-DP is the single black die, be interesting to see what the elite droids will be like

I kinda have a feeling that's exactly what's gonna happen. It is "Heart of the Empire" after all. Can't get much more centralized than Imperial Palace.

Doesn't it look like the Riot Troopers are cheering for Vader?
"Go get 'em, boss!"

Definitely. I also like the Rogue One vibe going on with Vader at that choke point.

See the imperial class cards. There's a reason why 88-Z should be a bit more resilient than other companions. Losing class abilities during the mission would not be very fun...
Edited by a1bertWondering about those "Forms" for the clawdites.
Perhaps they can take on various civillian/Rebel/Imperial forms with various abilities? Or maybe they're something as simple as types- for instance, they could add the "Trooper" group if the clawdite takes a trooper form, or a "Brawler" type if it disguises itself as a wookie?
Could help mesh them with class decks.

Since the card doesn't have any surges or abilities on it, the forms will probably just change those. Though it also seems sorta thematic that they could give you different keywords.

Oh yeah, duh!
Surges make the most sense.
Hopefully from a flavor perspective, these forms at least have unique names and artwork.
I wonder if the forms cards will be full sized cards, or the small cards. Since they shifted the Health/Speed etc up from the bottom of the card, my assumption is that your form card is intended to be laid of ver the bottom half of the Clawdite card.
Edited by RogueLieutenantfeels petty to complain that we didn't get a preview of a 'fix', but here i am still waiting on Chewie to be a force in skirmish...
I love that the winner of each mission will choose the next mission. Once again, changing the dynamic and trajectory of campaign. Very smart. I know my rebels really like choosing missions in JR. This is that - plus some.
Edit: I also think "Power of the Dark Side" will be for me. I'm going to have to start saving threat to make the rebels attack one another!!!! It looks like I'll be buying "For the right price" yet again:)
Another mandatory Edit: I think someone said it best when they said "ON THE BOAT"!
Edited by VadersMarchKazooI wonder what Rubble tokens do. My guess is they act as difficult terrain, much like how Shield tokens act as Blocking Terrain that can be moved through.

I can see the forms cards being small cards that are placed sideways over the shape and shift abilities. I imagine they'll give surges and auto abilities like +1 dmg or +1 accuracy that may reflect a trait of some sort like trooper/spy or maybe just a keyword of sorts like assassin or soldier.
What interests me just as much is that the Vader icon they're using is the new Driven by Hatred image...
Am still super interested in Riot Troopers and am a little upset we didn't see that, but that was a big preview so I'm happy
