Those look like fan-made hero sheets for the Ariad and Queen Ariad Lieutenant models from Labyrinth of ruin.
You can buy the models and plot decks in packs (1 for each) but they won't come with these cards, you would have to print these off yourself.
Yeah, those are fan-made. I've seen them on BGG too. Someone did them for all the original Shadow Rune lieutenants, too.
