I am not a terribly good player, and mainly play for fun. There is one last store tourney in my area and I have signed up for. I was thinking of taking the following list (100 pnts), but would be open to suggestions. I really like Ryad's ability as it is super forgiving for ship positioning and Backdraft always plays more forgiving than quick draw with the extra crit generator if you misplay your ship. The hardest ship here to fly, for me, is the punisher as a few times I have bombed myself by dropping out of the front. My deployment would be SF and Defender on one side and punisher in the middle to clog lanes. I would welcome and suggestions on how to improve this list.

Unguided rockets, Bomblet generator, Collision Detector, LWF

Countess Ryad (36 pnts)

PLT, Twin Ion Engine Mk2, Tie/x7

Backdraft (31 pnts)

Adaptability, FCS, LWF, Spec Opts Training

Consider swapping out Death Rain for Tomax Bren w/ Unguided Rockets, Crackshot, and LWF. It frees up 4 points, which could be a Seismic/Ion Bomb & EM on Tomax, a different EPT on Backdraft, or potentially even a Cruise Missile on Backdraft.
