i am organizing a tournament in my region. I have the choice between 81m2 and 140m2 .

How much players do you think could i plan for each room?

A lot depends on the room layout, entrances, exact sizes of tables, what else you need in the room, etc...

Assuming a standard table is aproximately 1m wide by 2.5 m long and additing 1.5 m on each side for chairs and clearance, you have roughly 10m2 for space for each table with 4 players.

Based on 81m2, I would guess 7-9 tables or 28-36 people. For 140m2, maybe 13-15 tables and 50-60 people.

Your best bet may be to get a tape measure and determine how much actual space a table and chairs set up for Xwing need and go from there. Might even be simple enough to sketch on paper and/or scout out your local LGS to see the spacing they have.
