So for part of my campaine I'm having a Vindicare assasin come into play, well mainly cause I really like Vidicare assasins. So I'm trying to figure the specs on a exodius rifle and pistol cause these things are supposed to be supremely bad ass. Ranging from being able to take out a tank, to taking out a Necron Lord, to just run of your mill killing a footsloger, without much thought to it. Just want some input or a set up if anyone has done this before.

Something along the lines of range: 1000 meters, counts all ranges beyond short as +0, +10 to all BS rolls from sights, has ammo-selector.

Basic Anti-Personnel Explosive Round: 2d10X (Tearing), pen 3

Anti-Tank Dual-Purpose Penetrator Round: 1d10+10, pen 8

...or something along those stats. Anyway, in the hands of a full vindicare assassin we are talking about enough BS and Talents for it to be pretty much "hits the location he wishes with every shot (barring fate point), kills with every shot (barring fate point)" -type of stuff.

I agree with Polaria. A traditional Vindicare sniper doesn't need stats as long as he's up against anything near the powerlevel of Dark Heresy.

This round inflicts double damage (4d10+8) damage against organic creatures but only 1d10+4 I vs Vehicles and creatures with the Machine Trait.
