Vader not overly popular in the big bad world at the moment but about 45% of my local players fly only Empire. It probably depends on the rest of the list but I need to be ready for Vader.

Option 1: A stress-free, two action, PS4 blocker could cause all kinds of trouble.

Option 2: If you outbid Vader, take the PS9 to move last and never let him get a shot on you.

If you've got a Bumpmaster, Option 1.

Like you said I think it depends on the rest of your list and the rest of your opponent's list.

Yeah know, I own 2 Jumpmasters and have never flown either, but I have used those 4 mindlink cards to great success.

(I'm kind of a hypacrite, I don't fly the Jumps because they are too "meta" but I have no problem using mindlink on Scyks, and Kihraxz and others.)

Favorite Lists:

1. Lone Wolf N'Dru and 3 cannon/linked Scyks
2. Cobra, Kavil w/Dorsal & 4-Lom all linked and all with Barrel rolls. Loves me that barrel rolling Y-Wing.

I could trade out N'Dru for Tweek with those Scyks but I probably am going to go with Guri for a 4th Mindlinked ship all at PS 4 but I do want to give Thweek a try, just not sure what to fly with it yet.

I think you always go with the double actions.

Anything with agi 3 that doesn't have a focus token during the combat phase is begging to be shot at.

PS9 with just one action is only going to get you so far when it comes to dodging arcs. And in the days of arc dodging aces, if you could get them to spend both of their actions on the boost barrel roll combo, you were doing well. That means fewer tokens, offensively or defensively.
