That white die is great, though you'll need to stay near terrain to make use of it. Also have to be at max size to get past 2 threat.

I mean, same with reanimate archers... its just crossbows so far that give you a fast 3 threat
Pathwalkers Amulet seems bad. 3 points plus an equipment slot for a one time use 0-3 damage prevention.

Well, with Hawthorne magical things happen with threat....
Hawthorne + Kari 4x1 archers for the win! (though who knows if we can take upgrades from other factions?)

I think the current interpretation is units can take upgrades from the army they are CURRENTLY in, and they must match the TYPE of unit (So infantry, siege, cav and so on)
Which means they could take Daqan infantry upgrades, but no Hunter's Guile if they're hanging out with Kari.

The faction specific upgrades: probably not. But 4x1 archers with neutral upgrades are cool enough.

Interesting they threw in some colour combos for different tribes. For those of us wanting to maybe do a pair of trays in different tribe colours.

That lightning bolt in a circle is the unique surge symbol. It means you can only use it once per attack.

Looks like FFG is happy with the sales result, The Core set is out of stock so that means positive things will come up for RWTMG.

But yeah I get what you mean. Lathari Elves provide these though and for the Daquan: look at the Descent Heroes: plenty of Girl Heroes in the World of Terrinoth.

What's kind of funny is the lore is always talking about female warriors/spearmen and such, but we don't see any obvious ones, albeit under all that armour, could be anyone.
One of the Leonyx Rider sculpts looks female. The one on the right in the pictures, whose sculpt/pose matches the clearly female concept art:
They're also getting a sorceress for their spellcaster champion upgrade figure, and both heroes are female... so that's a start.

In DiskWars the leader of vampirekind was a woman, so we might get a Hero for that. Next Uthuk hero might be female as well, hopefully with her scorpion.
