So, this question came up in our group today with Jess running DTF in the Biggs/Low/Rex/Jess list.
if I'm running Chips with PWV of three, can I use GC to change a die to a hit or must it be a crit? Thoughts?

Opinion is a little split on this, unfortunately, it's not fully clear from the card wording and hasn't been FAQed.
'or' is almost always used in the case of an option rather than as a replacement. "(Change it to a crit instead if your primary weapon value is '3'or higher)" would be a wording that precludes the choice, but that's not the wording on guidance chips.
This exact question was posted last week. Agreement due to grammar is that you can do either/or.
Nothing on the card says you explicitly can't choose.
