So for my thoughts so far. We have lots of flavor being thrown around...maybe a little too much. I'm keeping my eye on this.

No one else has really stuck out to me other than bizarre third party possibilities.

I'm not sure if Truthiness is really suspicious for his insistence on pushing at gink...I can see myself doing the same from pure obstinacy, and in this case Gink is being weird again.

Ovi and Pod are pushing flavour too far as a way of avoiding playing the game whilst still appearing active.

Truth is attacking me and only me. If he believed there was only one scum then sure, however what he is actually doing is refusing to expose himself. On D2 he can simply say, 'but he was being wierd'. And there is nothing else to learn.

Vis tells us that he understands that the game is about looking at peoples motives rather than their actions. Posts a list of peoples comments without any analysis whatsoever.

CNinja is trying to push this game into decent discussion. I dont very much like his arguments but he is trying.

Onid I like which I get is fishy because he is defending me. But thats how it is. For once he seems to have finally got the memo that he is an experienced player and should lead. Gonna keep an eye open though cause he has previously said that he loves to play scum roles which may be why he is more engaged.

You know it occurs to me that ovi's posts may not be completely of his own intent.

@Ginkapo when you were balancing my game you mentioned a role that dictated how other players acted - whether they must speak in Rhyme, be Silent, etc. Is it possible that ovi is under such a player's power?

Also @PodRacer - you do realize that the character role you are claiming and mentioning at every opportunity is actually a scum role, right? 'Twould be an interesting use of cover, to claim your role as your fluff.

Flavour and animosity. What's the flavour of animosity? I don't know, but it's probably pretty spicy.

Everyone seems real quick to point guns in each other's faces for whatever small indication. Truthiness in particular stands out to me. Joke voting to drop Ginkapo based on behaviour in prior games and tone of text this hard and at this stage is weird. Almost too obvious to seem like scum, but with the amount of strange roles apparently in this game, he's got to have something going on. He must know that with the newish players in this game, he could easily get the ball rolling on a gang up. The day 1 lynch is probably an eventuality (and rightly so) so why does he want an experienced player like Gink out so hard on day one when there's almost no good tells to be had? If he was town, the risk seems to outweigh the reward.

At D1 I never have a clear idea of what is going on so I just see and while I wait I make jokes and my flavour matches with Dune jokes so well... The last time I came with some reasoning at D1 I almost get lynched myself.

I stand by my opinion that excessive use of flavour is a scummy play, thus why I'm keeping my eyes open for Ovi, Pod and Toad.

Gink is playing differently, and having had his explanation, I quite prefer how new Gink is playing.

Many people seem wildly quiet, Oni didn't post much and Cninja has a total of 2 lines, split into 1 per post. Are you trying to stay from a distance because there is now a 4 days time to slip up and get hanged?

Ghost's post interested me. Possibly using the public knowledge that this is crazy, creating something we think twice before we judge Ovi's playstyle that has provided little to town? At the same taking Pod's flavour and assuming a role, following this, why not say that Ovi could be a certain other scum role that you happen to know relatively well? Taking very different views on very similar plays, something smells here.

As for the first part, you Ninja'd me, but I rescinded the suggestion, as it was proved that ovi could in fact speak for himself. And I truly wasn't making it up, as Gink can confirm. I did suggest it 'cause with Biggs' calling this a crazy game I figured such a role is possible, and ovi's behavior was weird, but I didn't make up the role (though I can't find it whilst searching, and to save space deleted the PM (sorry Gink ), so I can't find evidence to support that claim).

As for the second, I know of no roles that ovi's acts would fill, hence I didn't suggest any. I only mentioned Pod's character role actually existing because I found it an interesting coincidence, and only know of it because whilst attempting to put together my previous game I came upon it. I don't actually suspect him of being scum, at least not based on that - it's ridiculously flimsy and pathetic. 'Hey I'll claim that my character is a scum role so they don't suspect me of being a scum of that role' is silly, as it doesn't work.

Spice...poisoner... was what came to my mind, but stupid to breadcrumb a mafia role, thus why I think Pod also isn't breadcruming, only using his flavour.
