As long as it's been revealed, it's a fair play. No Clues needed since you're using the trigger is on I'm Outta Here, not on the location.

Rogue's are nothing if not resourceful, even when they are entirely in another dimension.

Seriously though, agree with prior poster: you resigning via the text on I'm Outta Here which says nothing about paying other cards, so as long as there is a card with a resign ability you are good to go.

Next time I run through the campaign with a Rogue I'm going to be sure to include I'm Outta Here (probably via Adaptable so I don't need to have to spend XP for just this scenario).
