Reminder: Wave5 2 ship large-turret dominance is bad for the game.

Yeah, the FAQ that every time i tried he underperformed. Sure i could still win vs less skilled players or when lucky but overall i felt my chances of winning with him were much lower than with another 30 pts ship.

Btw it's impossible to know exactly how many time you "wasted" Palp when using him on offense because you now have to use him before rerolls. Nothing can say if you would have still needed him after that. And because you are using him before, you are removing a dice from your rerolls thus reducing your chances to get the best possible end results.

What Imperial players did was desperately latch onto their Palp crutch from the Raider's release until the FAQ.

They said it was never broken even when it was broken. The reason why it stopped being broken just before the FAQ is because everyone realized that 4 automatic focus tokens was better than Palpatine. I suppose if you repeat a lie for long enough, there is a chance that circumstances will chang LP e and you'll be right, I guess.

So cut it with these lies. The only reason Palp Defenders wasn't top tier at the time of the nerf was because scum got Super Palp Aces. And Palp Defenders still was top tier, it was just A, A+ compared to Parattanni being S tier.

I haven't seen a single Imperial player try out triple Defender since the nerf. Not one. You just assumed it was bad now, like the copy and paste Soontir in every list sheep that you all are. :)

I would like to encourage you to ignore Saltmaster's goading. He's a troll with his head so far up his own ***, he is practically inside out. Ignore him because he's not worth the time.

I'm always baffled by how fast people get in to conclusions about something being "OP", Scurrg H-6 has been out for how long now?! ..like two weeks or less than that..

Oh well, I love that new ship and really don't give good God **** about how it will been seen here really, just makes me baffled over and over again.:lol:

The evidence of our own eyes is how we think that they're OP. Do I need data to know when the Titanic is sinking? How about when I'm ankle deep in water? Is that data enough for you or still just merely a subjective opinion?

Because of previews, Vassal, TTS, proxying, and just general spitballing and theorycrafting, people also figure some of these OP combos in advance of their release.

I didn't think that bombing Scurggs would be worth it. I thought that they were just 50 point B-Wings. Then I faced some of those "50 point B-Wings" a few days before release on TTS and it changed my mind. I was wrong, they're totally worth it. That's how OP **** works.

Yeah, but after he called everyone a bunch of names he used a smiley face. That's gotta count for something, no?

It's a subjective opinion. You think it is data because you already know the outcome of the experiment, ergo, the ship did eventually sink. In a ship with several thousand tons of displacement, ankle-deep water in your compartment at any given time might mean you are simply an idiot who let the tub overfill in your stateroom and has no bearing on the condition of the vessel as a whole.

The only data you have is that you are in ankle-deep water.

If you are going to use a simile as the basis of your argument, you should make sure it (*snort*) holds water.

Yeah, but not in a good direction.

+1 evade per turn for whoever needs it is an excellent ability, especially in a list that wants to attrition the opponent.

Not for 8 points, 2 crew slot and the cost of a crappy ship...

Thank you! I was about to waste my time and answer him :-)

I would have though more people would recognise ParaGoombaSlayers constant whining earlier. He's just avoided the ban he got for being more negative than the temperature on the moon by creating a new log in.

Same child different label.

He literally does exactly the same thing he did before the nerf, for the same cost. Even with the new timing +1 evade is good, and the shuttle is anything but a "crappy ship". It's one of the best, cheapest anvils in the game.

Oh, believe me, I recognized it.

No he does not. Saying that is not understanding what made him good. +1 evade is good but not for what he costs. 30 pts for +1 evade (not garanteed)/turn is bad.

With any basic understanding of statistics someone should realize that just having to use him before rerolls makes him inferior.

Look at list Juggler. It shows how effective something is, not how much it's played. He took a major drop. There is a reason for that.
