After you use a set of Cluster Mines with Extra munitions. Can you, on your next round deploy another set of tokens and then discard the card. Or do you have to wait till all the other tokens have been exploded?

You don't have to wait for the first tokens to explode. That can be a problem if you only have one set.

Pretty much this and it applies to any of the "mine" type bombs that don't automatically explode. I guess now it could even apply to some of those automatic detonations not that they can be delayed.
