Fun read! I'm looking at solo play also. I would like some links to the material you are using though. I have found:

So I use mainly GCWC but throw in missions from HotAC as well and have modified with these rules.

These are from Babylon 5: A Call To Arms Xpansion Campaign, GCWC is derived from B5:ACTA campaign anyway.

the extra rules add a kind of escalation and progression to the campaign, with the battles gradually getting bigger. This buys me time to collect ships and paint them etc, so each upcoming battle motivates me to paint stuff ready for it.

Hoping to incorporate Imperial Assault and Edge Of The Empire etc and later Armada and Legion as it grows in scale.
