If I get upgrade pack, what am I missing?

Hey guys,

I'm also in the dilemma zone, so let me get this straight, by getting the upgrade I'm missing out on the correct text on 4 spaces and the craft strength tokens. Is that it?

Is there new artwork on the board too?

Are the rules included? Or will I have to print them out?

Are the spaces the same size? are the cards? If the cards are bigger will they still fit in the spaces properly?

Maybe I'll just get the upgrade and pre-order on Amazon which has it going for pretty cheap then give away the upgrade pack to a friend or something.

You will have to download the rules and a few spaces on the board are different but explained in the upgrade documentation.

Hi Blustar:

I advise you that you must not buy the upgrade pack.(But that is your choice of course)

The differences are.

The board of the Revised Edition is larger than the one of Black Gates( upgrade pack does not include the board)

You miss some text on the Black Gates board. The upgrade pack tells you only the difference, but will not changed the board of course.

Remember that the expansions will be made for the format of the Revised Edition board.

If you ask me, the best thing you can do is buy the whole game again. Then you have the new board, and you don't have problems with the new text spaces !
