Caretakers of the Empire's "Sword"?

The art for the two characters not yet revealed is solid.

Deep humility... Yes, of course... Right?

I am pretty disappointed with these videos. I've tried showing them to two new players but they but basically finished by saying. 'is that all?'

That being said everything else the marketing team has done has been genius.

Empire's soul. At least, that's what is said in the subtitles.

I realize, just sounded more like sword.

Anyways, the 'soul' of the empire was once upon a time considered the domain of the Dragon Clan. Interesting change.

These either should have been more about how the clan plays in the game, with emphasis on its themes and play style.

They could have talked about their goals and dreams, troubles and enemies.

If they just talked about why they are better than everyone and why nobody can win against this great clan. But v instead every video is the same with no actual description of what the clan does.

'The Crane is the left hand of empire.' This means nothing to nobody.

In under a minute you're not going to get a heck of a lot.

I know nothing is free, but these aren't even really teasers... anyone who watches them is probably either being shown by someone with VERY definite ideas about what the clan is, or has blundered across it and is going to go, "Uh... huh," and then move on.

I wonder if the "Lokugan Guy" will be narrating the L5R Learn to Play video, rather than the narrator Fantasy Flight typically uses for their other LCG offerings. This is the one time I don't think a British-accented narration would sound quite right.
