I'd drop one Sensor Cluster. I think a three-point bid is essential with PS 9s as long as Dengar-Tel is at the top of the meta.

Probably a good idea. Alternatively, take target computer instead of stealth device. Although 98 bid might not be enough. But Fel can really struggle against Dengar if he has to move first.
