Yes

It depends on what you're trying to build. If you're looking for a good falcon build, Rey is the way to go. But you probably want expertise/Finn/Kanan on her. That's the standard build. Than you just focus for defense every turn

Yes, yes it is.

It has very good cards. If you proxy cards, then no. If you're trying to build something with T-70s, like triple T-70s, yes. I've heard of double Falcon lists too.
