This question came up in a match with a buddy today. I was running Scum Nym and being shot by Miranda by a TLT threw a set of my own cluster mines. Does Nym get to add an evade for each of the TLT attacks? Or only on the first one? Or able to pick one of the two?

Since his ability is not once per attack or once per round, I believe you should be able to add one evade result each time you roll dice.

It would trigger both times, as you are still defending. No-where does it say once per round or once per attack.

As said "when defending" might imply steps 4+5 (the green box) which happens twice, therefore sports triggering twice...

... however, does the "measures range" move the trigger to step 1?

(if it was "measured" it would not introduce such doubt).

... nevertheless, since adding results happens in step 5, I'd be inclined towards the above responses.
