Hello!

I'm new to LCGs - I'm getting into them because I'm excited for Legend of the Five Rings. Living near FFG doesn't hurt either.

The game shop I usually frequent has a large customer base, but has gotten no inquires about L5R besides mine. They offer a 30% discount on all pre-orders for pre-released games and I want to get in on that. Every Thursday is "LCG" night and I want too start a semi-competitive L5R group.

Does anyone have experience with a competitive LCG league? I was thinking monthly seasons to go along with the monthly expansions. Thoughts?
