If have inertial dumpers and pattern analyzed as upgrade , i can make action before receive stress token from inertial?

Sorry, no. The stress from the dumpener does not come from the "Check Pilot Stress" step. You have to assign it after you executed the maneuver (and before the Perform Action step).

Edit: If the dampener card were instruct you to perform a red stop maneuver, than it would work.

One of the few things PA doesnt work on, since the stress isnt bound to the "Check Pilot Stress" step.

Isn't part of "perform a white maneuver" the "check pilot stress" step? So wouldn't that come before the "Then receive 1 stress"?

This reminds me of arguments about Kanan Jarrus crew interaction with Inertial Dampeners. FAQ says Kanan Jarrus triggers before "Then receive 1 stress token." This inherently establishes the Check Pilot Stress step happens before the stress is received from Intertial Dampeners. Interesting, but not really relevant to the question. The stress from Inertial Dampeners is still received before the Perform Action step. Pattern Analyzer allows you to move the Check Pilot Stress step, but it does not allow you to perform actions while stressed.

@shakaumruk Primed Thrusters is the only Tech upgrade that will allow you to perform an action after using Inertial Dampeners. You could resolve Inertial Dampeners, then Boost or Barrel Roll.

Right, check pilot stress after perform action, not perform action before check pilot stress.
