- That's not actually a new FAQ. Could you please edit your post title to reflect that? Getting people's hopes up for a new FAQ, then dashing them, is gonna get you a lot of angry replies.
- Almost nothing actually changed. It was pretty much all fixes to typos and slight clarifications.
Nothing of note seems to have changed. Just some minor corrections and changes of wording.

Hence the sort of, just tournament regulations going by the red text a judge has to be "well versed" in game rules and Events have to have any event outline or other document related to the event (believe this is referring to alternative formats such as hangar bay). Also players are supposed to name the ship in their squadron list (in addition to pilot).
All of the red stuff (15 words) is on page 3 with another red word on page 5 adding the word "flipping" (I am not making this up) before the word coin. I guess they heard about rigged spinning nickles.
Yeah nothing is going to change the way the game is run but it is funny how little it was changed. As for discussion I am open to discussing everything that was NOT on it, such as dial placement for faction mirrors to avoid players picking up opponents dials and also the zero tolerance penalty in changing dials in activation phase when it isn't allowed. Both items were on previous tournament regulations/ competitive section FAQ. You would have thought after the debacle at worlds they might have worked on clearing that up. Well it is all fixed now that the Judges are "Well-versed".
There is essentially no change. This is one of the best trolls by FFG I've seen in awhile.

Compared to v 2.1, the word "tossing" was switched to "flipping", "well versed" became "well-versed".

They haven't "accidentally" screwed up the rules in a preview article for a bit, so I guess they felt like they owed us a troll job.
On a serious note, choosing to not address their SNAFU at worlds at all on any level is pretty shameful at this point.

Destiny rules had some actual changes to it, and since they generally update IA/XW/SWD tourney rules at the same time, they just parallelized relevant changes for consistency. Not sure why it'd be worth separate articles about the changes for each game, but whatever.
