After Cad was shown to us I thought it would be great to have a ship like this:

It seems to be quite a good bomber, but its pricey too, so I think there is needed a ship, that can compensate it:

Also I have a question to Scout: With setup like above, can it burnout slam / barrel roll and drop a bomb afterwards? It seems to be a good move to talon roll and drop a bomb on sb.

SLAM does not count as a maneuver, and you can't drop bombs that are after execute a maneuver, but you can drop bombs that are an accion, but, SLAM is and accion, and you can't use PTL to drop a bomb because is not an accion in your accion bar

Yeah, i meant action bombs, sorry for being imprecise.

You'd need Advanced SLAM or Experimental Interface to make that work.
