Well, for starters, you only have 3 activations. And that is a bit of a problem. There is also very little firepower in this list. Really, it is just the VSD and Arquitens hammering away at long range, and the firesprays can easily get tied up without intel, so they won't be able to bomb. I knew of a list like this that had a VSD, Demo, Arquitens cruiser, a gozanti, and a great fighter wing. The main difference was that all the ships had minimal upgrades, besides the Demo.
