1. The gangsters have the aloof ability in this scenario at the beginning. Nevertheless the Hunter ability of Big Boss Something is still in effect, right? Like that he can be lured to different locations?

2. If Big Boss Something is killed by a monster later on and not by the characters, do the players get his victory point?

3. If a character is engaged with one or more enemies, and he/she is at the location where one can abondon the quest (with Clover in tow, for example), does the character get damage from the enemies as he/she did not fight, engage or evade, or is he/she considered removed from the game imidiately? What happens with the enemies if one or more other characters are still in play?

1. Yes, the Big Boss will still follow characters around but he won't engage them while that agenda is in play.
2. No, the Big Boss must be defeated to go into the victory display (see "Victory Display" in the Rules Reference). From memory, I think the agenda says that he is discarded by the monster rather than defeated.
3. Characters are not attacked by enemies when they fight, evade, resign or parley (they are attacked if they engage an enemy while already having other enemies engaged with them, see "Attack of Opportunity" in the Rules Reference). When they resign the enemies are placed onto the location from which the investigator resigned (see "Elimination" in the Rules Reference).
