Looking for help on this list. I'm a decently experienced player, but don't get to practice much. Going to a store championship next weekend, and this is what I'm thinking. I know that some of the upgrades are not normal, but they all are meant to address problems I have had with the list in the past. Any help is much appreciated!

I think if you are going to the bother of playing Dash with Outrider then you might as well go with a heavy laser cannon. Sure it will leave you with a 1" "hole, but that's what Poe and Engine Upgrade are for. R2F2 will keep Poe from using focus which you don't want so maybe cut him?

Wow, thank you @Captainflakk . I can't believe I didn't see that R2F2 was an action. I guess it would be kind of broken otherwise. But with PTL I could R2F2 to get Focus. Not as ideal, but could still work I guess.

As Captainflakk says - Poe needs focus every round or he is way too easy to kill. To secure that you can put BB-8 on him. You nealy allways take a grenn maneuver, so you can BB-8-barrelroll him push the limit to take focus, which causes stress, then execute the green maneuver, which removes the stress and then take you regular action. It works great.
I would also take the HLC of Dash, as Captainflakk suggest, but thats a matter of preferences. I would remove Engine Upgrade on Dash because you will seldom use it, when you do not have Push the limit on Dash. I think Inertial Dampners on Dash could be nice to keep you opponent guessing.

The really killer Poe build floating around is BB-8, Intensity, Primed Thrusters, Autothrusters. He is so hard to pin down, so hard to hit, and gets his actions whether or not he was given stress or pulls a red.

Pair that with a SuperDash (PTL, EU, Kanan) and you have 2 infuriatingly wonderful arc dodgers.
