Nera isn't worth it in my mind without EM. And I'd prefer Deadeye, but that's a personal preference.

I like the other builds but it does make Shara the obvious first target. After she goes down and Nera's torps are spent the list will melt, I think.

For Nera, try EM, Plasma Torps, Deadeye, and Guidance Chips.

Shara is begging to have a weapons engineer=:)
