The one that says you can discard any of your equipped (bomb symbol) upgrade cards , or the one that clearly says it assigns tokens , and nowhere says they are actually a (bomb symbol) upgrade card?

Also, I recommend toning down the open belligerence, you'll have better luck with subterfuge and subtlety.
