We should hopefully get an answer to this question on Sunday via the Order 66 Podcast!

As for me, I've got a Wookiee Wruushi specialist (Martial Artist) that I'd love to try out. Just gotta sell his jetpack off and buy something else
Restricted is allowed otherwise no Lightsabers either
I just tried to fill in a sheet on SWSheets, I wasn't able to fill in the Strain/wounds fields and when I tried to save the character I got an error page. Does the site not like chrome?

Huh, I've used chrome every time I've created a character on that site and haven't had any problems.
I get Server internal error - 500
Sorry Nothings ever simple for me..
Edited by SithArissaVery rarely you will get a problem with a character, sometimes it's to do with the hidden fields that change between the 3 different types of character sheets. Your always best to choose the sheet type very first then fill it in. Do you think you changed the sheet type after filling in the Obligation section perhaps? Or Lightsaber/warfare skill?
First thing I did was change the system to F&D.
I've created several characters with Chrome. I think it did what you're describing once, to me. I just chalked it up to random web occurence. Sometimes my posts get eaten on these forums too.
If you want a stealh droid killer make a droid gadgeteer with a lot of soak and a disruptor rifle jury rigged to crit on 1 adv.

As you said it just randomly started working on the next try. Site was just trolling I guess
I'm looking forward to watching the rocket tag.
It's definitely going to be rapid, I'm wondering if anyone can come up with a defensive build that can hold out.
After this round it might be fun to try combats with a higher xp value. Since the characters here have to be more well rounded to face a variety of opponents, we might get more interesting duels if each participant had more xp to play with.

Yep definitely. This was intended as a way to try it out. Having more limited weapon choices, or specific requirements such as only Force Powers for damage dealing, would be a good thing to try in the future. Also chase scenes, dogfights, and different xp levels as you said.

Aye, thats how i would rule it at my table. It disables anything engaged to the character; including any electronic equipment they have on themselves. I mean, I assume fields are generally fairly indescrimate, which would be really useful on a brawler or non-combatants as a strong defensive tool, but much less useful for anything else.

I do have a Soresu build I'd love to see in a duel against a Makashi-focused character!
@DaverWattra
, you interested?

Sure, or Ranged (Light) if you're using the pistol. But still, when you hear "rocket tag," you think this...

To be fair, I was really referring to this . (TV Tropes warning)
We should also try Jedi Council level combat. Maybe something like 2000 xp, 120,000 credits, all lightsabers and force powers are legal. I'd love to see some of the monstrosities people could come up with.

I've actually got a game going right now with characters in that XP range.
What about people's thoughts on the manipulate force power, and bad motivator in combat situations?
Carry a backup weapon?
