Everyone entered with a complete character sheet. The idea is that you start play with the same equipment for every match—if something is broken, it is hand-waved as "fixed." Otherwise we get into really complex trading, selling, and repairing rules. And allowing players to custom-fit for each match trends way too meta. You could just look over your opponent's sheet, go "oh they have X weapons, so I'll get Y armor," but now they see that you switched so they ditch their X weapons for some Z weapons, and now you've run out of letters in the alphabet.

No i get it. I just didn't know so i planned differently then i would have. I'd have created an accurate saber side defense don't stack and i wouldn't have picked up quickflash I'd of both a magnetic tether but ah well

Hello all. I'm feeling pretty unwell again and depending on when finals and such take place I may have to miss a match or most that are left. I wouldn't want to drop Arissa out and mess up the rounds so if there's any volunteer that would take over incase I'm unable that would be cool. Cheers.

I'm feeling pretty wiped too I'm able to keep playing, dunno about running Arissa though. She's a really cool character, honestly, and I don't know if I could do her any justice.

My RL has been way too busy and just playing Arrther has been difficult enough, I would love to offer but won’t.

I must appolgise for my slowness, this week has wreaked **** with my concentration, but I will make a start on ending my battle today. For the first time, I will do exactly what I intended with my sig ability

Ahhh that's great to hear. ^^ Glad you are feeling better.

I am hoping not to be too much longer. I must admit I only just noticed that the dice roller doesn't accurate reflect the side of the some of the faces; this was probably of minimum impact in prior rounds, I could only shift one face and for two of those rounds my ability never came into play, but it does seem like unmatched fortune is a touch fiddly to use in a competitive setting using the current system.

I have to dig up my notes but basically it’s an elimination system:

1: Round of 8 with the winners progressing to the round of 4.

2: Round of four with winners progressing to the grand finale

3: grand finale with the winner crowned champion

Adding:

The Battle place will be determine by your total rank in Scoreboard due to the heat-results:
In the case of equal poinst between two or more competitors the final rank will be determined by the Players starting seat. (e.g. BULK and Pango have both 4 points, Bulk has starting Seat 1 and Pango staring Seat 8 - while both are on the first place Bulk will start in "A" as "1st" and Pango in "B" as "2nd")

A: 1st vs. 8th
B: 2nd vs. 7th
C: 3rd vs. 6th
D: 4th vs. 5th

A vs. B
C vs. D

Well, I guess that's my biggest threat removed; I find it very difficult to deal with tanky characters like that.

Learning what I learned from playing Grrawlryyhl, I would make a small tweak that would make me a lot more effective against tanks. As it is, best I can do is try and whittle them down bit by bit

I would give the advice to not think "everyones gonna be a jedi, I wont need ranged defense!" Sigh.
