Ahh the classic matchup, rock vs water, unstoppable force against a rain of blaster fire, this will be hard as I doubt that it will be a quick one. Just a matter of whether the water can erode the foundation before the tide drains away.

That was the intention, those first rounds could be crucial to survival and victory.

I think Range is going to be the really defining element of these matches, especially where a melee vs ranged pairing comes up.

Destiny pool, including deciding which character will use DS and LS. Competitor 1 chooses if they want 1-50 or 51-100, Competitor 2 makes the roll. Whoever wins gets to choose DS or LS for the combat.

Starting Range, from Short to Long. 1-33= Short, 34-63= Medium, 64-99= Long, 100= reroll.

Initiative Skill to be used 1-50= Cool, 51-100= Vigilance.

As player ONE in my matchup I choose the range of 51-100 for the DP decision (player two makes all three rolls?)

or shall all these be made in the Arena it self? and who rolls for the location?

It only really matters for the DP roll, the others can not be fudged with post edits or other such trickery. Therefore really anyone can make the roll. Please make the rolls in the Heats thread, which will obviously be Arena A for you.

I probably should have made some rules for scenario 18-25 by now, unfortunately time has been busy an I have not!

Edit: i added the d100 result to the list of scenarios for easy reference too

BTW do you have enough Emergency GMs ?

otherwise I would volunteer to help. (just tell me which Arena I shall watch over [Except for the A Arena since Ill be there battling all the time ^^])
