So recently I've really been enjoying running Bossk with this build
Bossk (35)
Zuckuss (1), 4-LOM (1), VI, (1), EU, (4), K4 Security Droid (3), Hounds Tooth (6)
Any tips or recommendations to improve or modify? Any feedback is sincerely appreciated.

Don't forget that Zuckuss has been FAQ'd so that you can't use it while stressed. He's still good but requires more careful usage.
K4, 4LOM, Zuckuss, and VI are all good options, but to make the most of Bossk's ability you really want a crit generator! Good options are Mangler Cannon or ordinance with guidance chips.
The Hounds Tooth title generally isn't seen as being competitive.
Good points. I'm not terribly concerned about going out of my way to make crits happen, the build hits so hard anyway that it's not worth the points for a Mangler. As for the title, I know that it's (sadly) not very powerful, but it's so thematic and fun I can't resist including it. Thanks again for your suggestions.
I ran over a Bossk with my Raider last night. It was glorious.
My standard Bossk:
Crackshot, Mangler Cannon, 4LOM, Dengar, Boba, and Inertial Dampeners.
I feel with any YV, you don't want to overinvest in it as it can go down pretty fast from focus fire. Not to mention the fact that if someone gets behind you it's big trouble. Though there are ways to cover your rear such as feedback array or hotshot blaster.
Clusters are very good on bossk as with chips you're getting a crit on one of the two attacks for sure, with a good chance to get on both. That means up to 8 damage given for only 4 points.
There's a lot of good upgrade choices overall for Bossk. One I've been using for awhile now is very unusual but has worked well for me - Draw Their Fire. It's kind of win win, either it helps give a little extra protection to the other ships, or it encourages people to go for bossk first, which is usually a good thing because as I mentioned above it's not really ideal to have bossk as your last remaining ships most games.
I have tried the Clusters + chips, but generally prefer the consistent heavy attacks over one big missile shot. Also, the trick is to include another ship in your list that is even more dangerous than Bossk to draw the attention away from him. Someone like Dengar, Asaj, Ketsu, or another large base ship. Thanks all for the feedback!
Edited by Jabberwock150I have had some success with Fearlessness (that's a big range 1 arc!), tactician (ditto range 2!), latts razzi and Dengar. The problem is when they get behind you so it comes down to the support ships. 2 TLT Y-wings aren't too bad at covering this and I'd like to try the Rigged Cargo Chute as another dirty trick. Range 1 with 4 dice, Dengar re-roll, 1 hit added and the potential to change a crit to 2 hits can be pretty devastating.

It's not bad with Latts Razzi, because the Nashtah Pup can still target lock someone to open up a shot for someone else.
Bossk's ability becomes kind of so-so, though (if it let him keep his elite upgrade it might be worth it with Calculation, but still not great).
I think the build looks good. My comment would be that unless you're using Dengar elsewhere, he's generally better than a K4 droid unless you're specifically needing a target lock (because you've got missiles loaded, or have R4-B11, or whatever), because he doesn't pin you to a specific bit of your dial. The green dial of a YV-666 isn't great, whilst the white dial + boost is actually pretty good, especially since you're not taking a mangler cannon and trying to stick to the primary arc.
That said, if you overuse Zuckuss and 4-LOM, you're going to nail yourself to a pretty predictable course anyway. Be careful when you use them, because ending up ionised and stressed is not fun (I know you need two ion tokens, but it's not like you can get rid of the first one).
I generally pair Dengar pilot with Bossk, hence the K4 Droid. I do have to be be careful with my Zuckuss use, rerolling only a die or two so the stress can easily be shed (I want to pull off the green moves anyway because of the K4).

It is devastating. Looking at 5-7 hits makes me want to cry.

This is why he's one of my favorite pilots at the moment ?

Also, you probably want to drop the Inertial Dampeners, the YV-666 already has a 0 stop maneuver.

Hey, I've been flying Tel/Bossk for over a year now and done well with it.
Especially back in the Zuckuss days, if you're already stressed, the Damps will allow you to stop again. Even without Zuckuss, the ability to stop when someone dives in to block your move, and instead light them up at range 1, is invaluable. The few times I've tested Bossk without Damps, I've always ended up regretting it. The ability to stop while already stressed, just to stop again due to supreme board position, and/or to prevent a key block is invaluable when your opponent is about get behind you. Though if you fly your support ship behind/to the side of Bossk, you can make it very difficult for your opponent to get behind Bossk.
True, forgot you can use it while stressed because it's technically a white maneuver. Now the build makes a lot more sense.
