Question for this weekend how many more triangle ships will FFG bring out before a non triangle Imp its the board.

Dreadnought heavy cruiser is next, it's no triangle.

The empire is difficult right now. I have no clue where wave 7 or 8 goes, but no matter where it goes it will be a triangle. I say at least 2 more waves until an Impireal non triangle.

I think the first non-triangle imperial ship will be the Carrion Spike corvette. This would be an excellent fast support ship and could be a fun way to introduce an Imperial answer too the Hammerhead corvette.

This assumes, however, that Rebels or 8-9 doesn't introduce an alternative non-triangle.

Venator, vindicator, resurgent, tector, and SSD are all still good triangles.

I need more triangles!

Well, really, in Wave 1, the Gladiator is more of a Truncated Trapezoid in the first place...

I'll take space triangles over non-descript bricks or amorphous silver blobs (Star Galledon) anyday. With Angles comes power!

i reckon, two more triangles, Vindicator and ISD Chimaera repaint, and then the Dreadnaught Heavy cruiser as a dual faction ship or Strike Cruiser.

They won't stop producing triangles

They will release scum faction and go through prequel material before releasing non triangular ships.

I think if you visualize the flurry of missiles coming out of the front a gladiator, you'll sorta see a triangle.

If you think the flurries of missiles come out of the front , I think you're misusing the Gladiator.

Expanded Launchers have never been trendy ...

(Yes, I know they do form a build of sorts - and it has some effectiveness in making a double-arc fairly even... But its just so expensive in comparison to other options)

I can't tell you when the next non triangular Imperial ship will release.... but I can promise you one thing:

If it's not triangular, it will be spherical.

Imp's love them angles and spheres...
