AF2: Paragon w/ a Concentrate Fire command (provided by Leia on demand) and Spinal Armaments gives you three (rerollable) black , one blue, and one red dice for each shot (front or side). Lando & ECM's for survivability.

HH: Enhanced Armament gives you two red to turn into two black dice per arc which you can supplement with a CF or use TFA to reroll. Fire-Control Team supplies you with double crits when you've broken through shields.

Squadrons: Typical 4x A-Wings to jump into range and make Sato work plus 2 VCX's to either add to mix as the A-Wings get worn down, or use for Strategic Objectives.

GR-75s: Activation padding plus Boosted Comms so they can control the A-Wing's from a safe distance.

Also, why do you have Fire Control Team on the HHs when you don't have two different crit effects?

VCX's will hang back if it's a non-strategic objective and escort the ships then only jump in when necessary - they won't be anywhere near the A-Wing's so their relay ability will mostly be ignored. If it's a Strategic objective they'll be off doing Strategic stuff.

FCT's in this instance will allow me to flip to cards face up if I roll two criticals, correct? That's how I understand the ability of this card.

you only get one critical effect per attack (unless you have a card that says otherwise FCT or XX-9) but you only have one type of critical effect (they can't be the same effect)

What buckeroO says is right, you can only use two different critical effects, like the default critical effect and XX-9s, Or XX-9s and APTs.
